To view the MapServer 'MARINE_Bathymetry_NZ_10m10000m_C' in ArcMap please follow these steps:
  • Open ArcMap
  • Choose 'Add Data' from the menu toolbar
  • In the 'Add Data' dialog choose GIS Servers from the drop down box
  • Click 'Add ArcGIS Server'

  • The map will be displayed in the content window of Arc Map

Service Description: Bathymetry vector contour dataset. Compilation of data digitised from published coastal charts, digital soundings archive, navy collector sheets and digital multibeam datasourced from surveys by NIWA, LINZ, as well as international surveys by vessels from United States of America, France, Germany, Australia, and Japan.All data used is held at NIWA. Contour interval 50m in depths greater than 200m and 10m in depths less than 200m (where available)
